Have you ever felt like you had it all together, on the path to spiritual enlightenment, working on yourself and healing… then BAM! Something inconvenient and infuriating happens and it makes you want to burn it all down? That is where Jay Fields comes in. The former Yogi has taken her practice and created a beautiful application of flow and inner peace to everyday life. The author of “Teaching People, Not Poses,” has helped over 250,000 people manage their emotions more effectively. Even the most healed person will benefit from this episode. In fact, I would wager to say that every person on this earth could potentially change their entire outlook on their emotional health by listening to Jay’s teachings. I hope this speaks to you as much as it did to me. Jay – thank you for changing my world.
